Whether I work as an Interim Manager or an external consultant, you can rely on my professional skills.
The essence of interim management is to provide managerial capacities, skills and experience for a pre-agreed time to achieve a clear goal at clearly defined costs in the form of an external service.
If I am dealing with a contract in finance as an interim manager, I am usually included in the company’s organizational structure as CFO or controller.
When is it appropriate to consider interim management?
For an enterprise, it is usually optimal to hire an interim manager in a situation where it does not have its own resources to resolve an acute problem and it is not worth hiring a long-term specialist.
Know-how of interim manager
Rapid onset in company
If an interim manager does not have a contract in another business, they usually start in the business within a few days.
Interim manager has no connection to the company and its employees and does not want to operate in the company for a long time. They can therefore promote an optimal solution to the situation and bring new and independent ideas.
Interim manager usually operates as an entrepreneur, without an employment contract in the company. Therefore the costs associated with finding a suitable employee for the tasks are eliminated.
Similarly, the company does not incure costs associated with the existence of an employment contract – wage costs, levies, sickness benefits.
