Business situation before the mission

The company din’t have Financial Director, company headqarters performed internal audit and it was necessary to analyze and improve company processes.
Previous Financial Director was appointed as General Manager
Quick overtaking of Financial Director’s position was needed in order to assure financial management of the company. Analysis and remedy of main company processes needed to be assured with focus on their effectiveness and match with corporate processes.
Analysis of the processes was done with focus on compliance problems too.
The company din’t have closed 2017 financial audit.
There was a feeling of uncertainty in the financial department of the company, we faced significant risk of key employees’ leaving.

Business situation after the mission was completed

Financial Director’s position was overtaken successfully.
The company had optimised processes harmonised with corporate processes, including compliance processes.
Audit of financial years 2017 and 2018 was finished successfully.
Personnel in Financial Department was stabilized.

Contribution to the result

I overtook Financial Director’s position very fast and I managed all departments under my responsibility sucessfully.
I analyzed and managed process optimization and following improved process implementation.
I analyzed and controlled activities connected with financial audits of the years 2017 and 2018.
I stabilized personnel situation in departmens under my responsibility.
